1. With respect to Preferred Share Investment Trust (TSX: PSF.UN), this will be the fund's last distribution prior to its previously announced merger into First Asset Preferred Share ETF (TSX:FPR). After the merger, former unitholders of this fund will receive regular monthly distributions as unitholders of FPR.
