Subscription
To place a subscription order, send a fax of the subscription order form in the Underwriting Agreement to 416.362.2199. As a double check, we recommend that an email also be sent to info@firstasset.com, however, a fax is required for the ticket to be processed.
Redemption
To place a redemption order, send a fax of the redemption form to 416.362.2199. As a double check, we recommend that an email is also sent to info@firstasset.com, however, a fax is required for the ticket to be processed. All redemption fees apply as indicated.
Each trust, in its discretion, may reject any order not submitted in complete form or containing ambiguous instructions.
* For all subscriptions and redemptions, the minimum prescribed number of units is 50,000 or a multiple thereof.
** Maximum subscription order per dealer will initially be set at 10 PNUs or 500,000 units unless waived by the Manager.

Basket File
The basket file represent the current holdings of each of the ETF's.
