Generally, investors may subscribe for or exchange units of the First Asset ETFs only in increments equal to the Prescribed Number of Units (or PNU) established by the Manager in respect of each First Asset ETF from time to time. Except as noted below1, the PNU size for each First Asset ETF is currently 50,000 units. Maximum subscription order per dealer will initially be set at 10 PNUs, unless waived by the Manager.
This section is intended for use only by investors transacting in PNUs. All other investors should refer to the applicable First Asset ETF’s prospectus, and consult with their investment advisors.
This section includes the following information:
- Instructions on how to obtain the form of agreement that must be executed in advance of transacting;
- The cut-off times for submitting subscription orders and exchange requests;
- Any fees associated with such orders/requests, including (as applicable), cash creation, cash exchange and other administrative fees; and
- The basket of securities to be delivered (in the case of a subscription) or received (in the case of an exchange) in connection with in-kind orders.

1 First Asset ETFs with Different PNU sizes
(i) For First Asset MSCI Europe Low Risk Weighted ETF (RWE, RWE.A, RWE.B, RWE.D), and First Asset MSCI World Low Risk Weighted ETF (RWW, RWW.A, RWW.B, RWW.D), the minimum prescribed number of Units is currently 100,000 or a multiple thereof; and
(ii) For First Asset Hamilton Capital European Bank ETF (FHB, FHB.A) the minimum prescribed number of units is currently 25,000 or a multiple thereof.
