(the "Company") (TSX:FIC) announces that the Company's syndicate of agents for its initial public offering has exercised its over-allotment option and acquired an additional 379,000 shares of the Company. In total, the Company issued 9,379,000 shares pursuant to its initial public offering, yielding gross proceeds of $93,790,000. The shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FIC.
