First Asset Investment Management Inc. Announces Changes to its First Asset Cambridge ETF Lineup

TORONTO, June 12, 2017 - First Asset Investment Management Inc. ("First Asset") announces that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Canadian securities regulators in respect of First Asset Cambridge Global Dividend ETF (the “Global ETF”).

The Global ETF's portfolio will be managed by Cambridge Global Asset Management, a division of CI Investments Inc., and an affiliate of First Asset. The Global ETF's investment objective is to provide unitholders with an attractive total investment return, consisting of dividend income and capital gains, by investing primarily in equity and equity-related securities of issuers anywhere in the world.

First Asset also announces that it will terminate First Asset Cambridge Core Canadian Equity ETF (TSX: FCE) ("FCE") on or about August 21, 2017 (the "Termination Date").

First Asset will request the TSX to de-list units of FCE from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on or about August 18, 2017. Until such date, units of FCE will continue to be listed on the TSX. As soon as practicable following the Termination Date, the net assets of FCE will be liquidated and the proceeds therefrom distributed pro rata among holders of record of FCE on the Termination Date. First Asset will issue an additional press release on or about the Termination Date confirming final details of the termination.
